MySpace @Drostdy, the first project combining the expertise of dhk Architects and dhk Interior Design (dhki), is a complete reimagining of the Stellies student experience. Bold and colourful, the co-living hub is the third addition to MySpace Residence’s repertoire, joining MySpace @Dorpstreet and MySpace @Paradys in the family. Here, modern design meets comfort and convenience, with community-minded living central to its fun design.

MySpace @Dorpstreet, located at the iconic Adam Tas Road and Dorp Street intersection, forms a gateway to the well-known, historic Dorp Street. The brief requested a modern and convenient co-living space, which takes advantage of its ideal location in one of South Africa’s most well-known student towns.
The building offers functional spaces for both residents and visitors. The architecture combines modern elements with the town’s distinctive cultural heritage and vernacular. It serves as a landmark building within the Adam Tas Corridor.

Dainfern Square is a mixed use destination retail development, situated on the corner of William Nicol Drive and Broad Acres Drive in Johannesburg.
The Woolworths branch is be a 3000m² emporium with a modern coffee shop, based on the Waterstone Village store in Cape Town, which won the A.R.E Design Award for the best Supermarket/Grocery store in 2014.
The two phased project will be the epitome of convenience. The first phase will see a development of 25 540m² which comprises of the retail, gym and office components, followed by an additional 15,000m² as phase two.

Eikestad Mall is situated in the heart of Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa.
